The problem
Advice that never has to be implemented is cheap.
The consulting market is full of assessments written by people who will not be there when the recommendation meets reality. The deck is confident, the roadmap is tidy, and the estimates were never tested against a real codebase.
We write assessments knowing we might have to deliver them. That changes what goes in one. It makes the estimates more conservative, the risks more specific, and the "do not build this" conclusion far more likely to appear when it is the right answer.

Assess
We start with your workflow, your data and your constraints — not with a model choice. Two to four weeks. You leave with an architecture, a scope, a cost and latency envelope, and an honest answer on whether the thing is worth building at all.
Build
A small senior team works inside your process, not alongside it. Environments, CI/CD, evaluations and security are set up in the first week rather than bolted on before launch.
Operate
We stay on after go-live — scaling, new features, model and dependency updates, incident response. Most of our engagements are measured in years.

What clients ask us first.
What does an AI readiness assessment actually produce?
A ranked list of candidate use cases with expected value, a view of whether your data supports them, a proposed architecture for the strongest one, a cost and latency envelope, and a clear recommendation — including "not yet" where that is the truth.
How is this different from a big consultancy?
You get engineers who ship, not a research team. The output is shorter and more specific, and every estimate is one we would be willing to be held to.
Do you have to build what you recommend?
No, and there is no obligation either way. Several assessments have ended with us recommending an off-the-shelf product.
How long does it take?
Two to four weeks for an AI readiness assessment or an architecture review. Due diligence is usually one to two weeks.
Who do you work with?
Founder-led and mid-market companies, mostly in the US and UK. We have also worked on government ERP and with European consulting firms.
What do you need from us?
Access to the system or the data, and two or three conversations with the people who actually operate the process. Less than most engagements assume.
